My experience spans executive HR and People Operations leadership across corporate, agency, creative, nonprofit, and mission-driven organizations, including distributed and international workforces throughout the US, Canada, and near-shore partnerships across Central and South America.
I’ve built and scaled people operations functions both autonomously and in partnership with senior leadership teams, leading initiatives spanning organizational design, compensation strategy, workforce planning, employee relations, talent acquisition, operational scaling, and HR infrastructure development.
From guiding organizations through growth and restructuring to strengthening leadership effectiveness, modernizing people systems, and navigating complex organizational challenges, I help companies create thoughtful, scalable workplaces that support both employees and long-term business goals.
