ABOUT ERIN
Erin Linkins (she/they), Principal and Founder, never intended to work in HR. But if four years of art school and a lifetime of questioning the rules taught her nothing else, it taught her that if she was going to have one of those job-jobs that everyone kept telling her about, the very least she could do was stay true to her punk ethos while doing it. After falling into a great opportunity to start the first eight years of her HR career as Director of HR for some rule-breaking mentors, she saw that doing things differently wasn't just a great idea - it was her responsibility to the folks she aligns herself with.

So, with that goal in mind, she is thrilled that she's been working alongside creatively-minded, alternative-leaning companies for more than 20 years. In that time, she's realized that bringing calm to chaos is her superpower, and that rules don't always have to be a bad thing.
